Based in Dallas, Amman has spent more than 20 years either serving clients or holding leadership positions in thriving entrepreneurial companies. A Deloitte alumnus, Amman combines strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of processes and controls to help enact meaningful change within Triton’s clients.

 

Amman has helped clients fulfill their acquisition initiatives by providing strong leadership and practical insight when driving significant improvements in business systems and processes. He has also successfully guided mid-size as well as large public companies to SOX 404 compliance by applying his extensive experience in assessing risk, evaluating control environments, and designing and implementing operational and financial internal controls.

Amman earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.
