Based in Atlanta, Frank brings more than 20 years of experience across multiple accounting and finance disciplines, including 13 years of leadership in SEC compliance and reporting, investor relations coordination and support, and US GAAP and IFRS research at large accelerated filers. Frank has held numerous leadership positions within Fortune 500, public and private multinational, and high-growth companies across multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and distribution. His core competencies and experience also include process reengineering, corporate strategy, and change management. Frank’s strong interpersonal and leadership skills are valued by his clients, and allow him to easily communicate complex, technical topics to a wide audience.
Frank leverages his corporate and consultancy experiences — as a leader, team member and individual contributor — with project planning and leadership, ERP and subsystem implementations, process development, SOX implementation and internal controls redesign, team building and training, acquisitions/divestitures and post-acquisition integration to effect transformational change and organizational optimization. His expertise matched with these broad capabilities allows him to understand and advise on the various interrelated components within a client’s organizational structure and execute per the client’s needs and requirements. Frank has led numerous projects related to IPO readiness, new accounting standard adoption under US GAAP and IFRS, external and internal reporting, regulatory and debt covenant compliance and process improvement efforts for large international clients.
Frank earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Clayton State University and his MBA from the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Corporate Finance & Strategy and a minor in Emerging Technologies. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
