Based in Montreal, Mike has been providing accounting and financial advisory services for 15 years. He began his career in Deloitte’s Assurance and Advisory group serving a diverse portfolio of public and private companies in high risk and special engagements. Mike specializes in providing M&A related services including financial diligence, transaction structuring, closing mechanics, dispute resolution, IPO readiness, carve-out/stand alone analyses and other transaction related special projects. Mike has significant experience preparing SEC and UKLA compliant Carve-Out Financial Statements under US GAAP and IFRS and brings international experience having worked across North America, UK, Europe and Australia.

Mike is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.

He received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from Concordia University.
