Based in Montreal, Nick has been providing accounting and financial advisory services for 15 years. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services group where he spent 7 years serving large public and mid-size private companies working in both the Montreal and Sydney, Australia offices.

 

Nick specializes in providing a M&A related services including financial diligence, financial statement analysis, IPO readiness, carve-out/stand alone analyses, working capital optimization, dispute resolution, transaction structuring and closing mechanics.  Nick’s experience with clients across North America, Europe and Australia ranges from complex corporate carve-outs to preparing business units for either trade sale or IPO.

 

Nick is a CFA charterholder and Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from Concordia University.
