Based in Montreal, Sarah has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in both external advisory and corporate leadership roles.

 

Sarah began her career in public accounting including 5 years in Deloitte’s Assurance & Advisory and then Enterprise Risk Services Group followed by 11 years with PwC’s Transaction Services Group.  While at PwC, Sarah supported clients with a wide range of value-added projects including complex corporate carve-outs, end-to-end vendor assistance projects, buy-side due diligence projects and post-acquisition operational and finance readiness.

 

Prior to joining Triton, Sarah held VP Finance and Interim President roles within various subsidiaries of the Yellow Pages Group. Her accomplishments at YPG include providing M&A support to corporate (including the successful integration of acquisitions), maintaining stability with employees and clients during turbulent times and establishing proper financial reporting metrics, financial governance and oversight which included developing forecasting models, month-end reporting packs and internal controls processes and procedures.

 

Sarah is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and also is a CPA licensed in the state of Illinois.  She earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from Concordia University.
