Steve has had a successful career leading and executing strategic initiatives in challenging and dynamic environments. An Ernst & Young alumnus, Steve is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of professional experience and growing leadership positions in both Fortune 500 and fast-paced entrepreneurial and growth-oriented companies. He has also led several process improvement initiatives and the turnarounds of underperforming finance and accounting functions.

Steve leverages his passion for performance improvement and his experience to help his clients transform their finance and accounting functions, accelerate the integration of acquired entities to ensure realization of synergies, improve the timely production and analysis of relevant financial and operational data to support enhanced decision making, optimize their overhead structure to improve bottom line results, ensure that the proper structure and processes are in place to facilitate both organic and inorganic growth, and produce the information required to support financing or divestment initiatives. 

 

Steve has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia.
